Example Course Outline:

Classes have a specific focus every week that leads into a flowing sequence combining everything you’ve explored so you can lock the sensations into your body and really feel the difference.

You will gain a better understanding of how you move and how you can adapt your physical yoga practice to meet the unique requirements of your body.

  • Week 1 – Free Your Asana, learn about the balance between stability & space so you can feel free in your mind & body. Find the spark, space, strength, and freedom within yourself.

  • Week 2 – Magic Pelvic Bowl, the pelvis is the centre of energy exchange in your body. Learn how to hold your pelvis steady and move with strength & awareness. Feel lighter, clearer, stronger & brighter.

  • Week 3 – Organise Your Energy, let’s find lightness while releasing tension & unease in the body. Learn how to organise the structures in your body from the Pelvis, through the Spine and into the Shoulders. Harness the energy in your mind & body.

  • Week 4 – Scapular Divinity, explore the spark between your shoulder blades and your heart centre. Learn about the shifts in your physical & subtle body when it’s aligned & strong.

  • Week 5 – Open Your Heart, Heal Your Back, discover how to space in your body as your open your chest & hips in preparation for backbends. Learn how to find the connection in your body to have strength while remaining open.

  • Week 6 – Release & Unwind, a slower restorative session to let go of built up tension in your mind & body with a good old stretch.

Each class will include:
