Parent & Baby Yoga

Take the opportunity during this unique phase of life to focus on your mind & body as you connect with your little one too.

Take time to connect with your new self on your postnatal journey.

You will be offered ways to move your body that help you connect with your centre following pregnancy and birth.

You will feel tightness and uncomfortable sensations from caring for your little one start to fade as you open up and create space.

You can build strength so that you are able to nurture and care for your little one as they grow.

Kirsti always has a class planned to share with you but it always changes.

She is very responsive to the needs of the yoginis that are in the class that day - including the littlest members.

She will change the plan or mix things up to give you and your little one what you need.

Kirsti aims for you to always leave feeling better than when you walked in.

What the community has to say

  • “Kirsti’s postnatal yoga class is just what new mums and babies need. The class helps ease aching muscles and provides relaxation and bonding time for mum and baby. Kirsti is really approachable and encouraging, never getting you to do anything that you don’t feel comfortable with and offering different options. There’s also time for baby and mine chuckled away at the moves which we have enjoyed doing outside of class.”

  • “Kristi’s class is a wonderful reintroduction to yoga after not being able to practise while pregnant. It’s great to be able to have my baby there as well, who miraculously stays pretty content throughout because the class manages to combine yoga practice with entertaining the little ones. The fact that it’s a live class means I’m far more likely to commit to doing it and it’s nice to see other mums and babies there too. I wish I’d had something like this when my first daughter was born.”
