Who Is Collecting Your Data?
Forever Body Coaching Ltd trading as Forever Body Yoga (FBY), only collects personal data for agreed purposes and is strongly committed to protecting the personal data of customers, members, clients and followers.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living person. FBY processes personal data for numerous purposes, and the means of collection, lawful basis of processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods for each purpose may differ.

What information is collected about you?
FBY collects information about you when you register or place an order for products or services. FBY also collects information when you voluntarily opt-in for complimentary products, downloads, audio guides, paid products and services. Sometimes FBY may collect information when you complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions or challenges.
Depending on the nature of our interaction, different data will be collected. For free and paid products your name, email address and payment information may be captured via Stripe or Paypal, Squarespace or Acuity Scheduling.
When signing up, your personal information including information relating to your general wellbeing, information relating to your health and goals and your postal address will be captured through Acuity Scheduling or Squarespace.
How will FBY use the information about you?
FBY collects information about you to process your order, manage your account and to email you about other products and services that may be of interest to you. FBY will use postal addresses to ship physical products and/or deliver services. FBY may use your information collected from the website and landing pages to personalise your repeat visits to the FBY website through tracking pixels.
Third Parties
None of your information will be passed on to third parties without your consent. Your data will be stored in software accounts such as Stripe, Paypal, Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and GSuite.
Marketing
FBY would like to send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you.
When you opt in for a complimentary or paid service you also consent to be added to our mailing list as is explicitly stated in the opt in form. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date by unsubscribing from the email list. You have a right at any time to stop FBY from contacting you for marketing purposes.
Use of ‘cookies’
Like many other websites, the FBY website uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual. For example, we use cookies to store your country preference. Access To Your Information and Correction
