Nap Club

An evening of nurturing yoga in Hertford to soothe the nervous system by releasing tension in your body and calming your mind.

Last Friday of the month, 8.00 pm - 9.45 pm, BEAM Hertford, SG14 1PS

No April or May sessions due to Bank Holidays.

What to expect:

To start, you will be guided through soothing slow & gentle movement with Kirst to help you release built-up tension that your body holds onto:

  • Reduce your shoulder pain.

  • Find relief from your back pain.

  • Stretch out your legs to walk lighter.

  • Find space around your ribs to breathe easier.

  • Feel lighter and brighter when you float out of the space

You’ll then be led through a beautiful sound bath with Loren:

  • Get cosy and lay comfortably.

  • Enjoy a guided meditation before being enveloped in a symphony of resonant sounds from crystal singing bowls, paiste gong and delicate chimes.

  • These instruments emit different frequencies that invite you to dive into a state of deep relaxation leaving you feeling soothed and refreshed.

What to bring:

  • A warm & cosy blanket

  • Two bed pillows.

  • You might like to bring a pen & notebook in case something pops into your head that you need to get out so you can release and be guided into a soothing calm space.
