About Your Teacher:
My name is Kirsti Patterson and I’m a yoga teacher specialising in female health. I have been teaching yoga for over five years and my goal is to help people, especially those going through transitional periods of life - fertility journey, pregnancy, new parents, and menopause - incorporate high-quality yoga and movement into their lives.
I started sharing online classes back in 2019 as students were moving away and wanted to stay connected. Over time My Yoga Room has grown and more people have found their way to this virtual corner of the world. Sharing yoga with you and helping you feel good is my passion.
