There is always a focus & attention to safety and alignment, core engagement, and full-body strengthening and lengthening. 

You will be invited to keep the flow at a level that feels right for you with options to try something a little more challenging.

Every day is different and every practice is different. You are always encouraged to listen to what your body & mind need on the day.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow in Hertford

A smart and sustainable practice based on classical Yoga postures and techniques that help you MOVE well so you can LIVE well.

Begin by gently unwinding any tightness and waking up the centre so that you are fully prepared for the ups, downs, and back & forth of flowing movement.

Feel balanced & connected as you are guided through flowing sequences with attention to how you move in and out of the poses.

Finish with a relaxation to feel lighter & brighter.

Each class is carefully crafted to work on mobility & stability so that you find freedom in your daily life.
