If you said “Yes” to any of the above, then this Parent & Baby Course if for you, it’s that simple.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

You will be offered ways to move your body that help you connect with your centre following pregnancy/ birth/ the arrival of your little one.

You will feel tightness and uncomfortable sensations from caring for your little one start to fade as you open up and create space.

You can build strength so that you are able to nurture and care for your little one as they grow.

You will move, flow, and practice yoga in a fun and functional way to help you feel better every day.

You want connection & community with other new parents.

Each class will include:

  • Breathwork

  • Movement drills you can add into your daily life to continue to reduce postnatal aches & pains.

  • Flowing sequences with options to increase physical & mental challenge.

  • Relaxation with your little one.

The course is perfect if you want to:

  • Learn more about yoga anatomy in practical, functional classes.

  • Improve your posture, mobility, and stability.

  • Add yoga as a complementary addition to your other sports and activities at part of your new parent/ postnatal journey.
