Honestly, how are you doing?


I was reading through the feedback forms from the last course and as always, I'm amazed by how much you have going on...

  • Challenges bonding with your baby - pregnant and postpartum;

  • Challenges connecting with the body you currently live in - pregnant, postpartum, and being female;

  • Family health challenges;

  • Work struggles & issues;

  • The financial strain of mat. leave, childcare, interest rates, cost of living...

  • This could be a very long list but I'll pause here.

 

But, you all agree that coming to yoga makes such a difference for you...

  • It helps you connect with your baby/ your body/ your mind;

  • You feel lighter, brighter, even transformed;

  • You feel stronger;

  • You feel supported;

  • You feel it's a life-changer;

  • You feel so much better!

 

You are a big part of creating that change.

I provide the space, guidance to move well, directions to breathe well, and words that hopefully resonate so you feel mentally capable & confident.

You provide the connection with others, you put the community in this community we are building.

And I love that we're doing this together.


The community aspect was my dream when I created Forever Body.

So, if I haven't said it lately, thank you so much for being a part of this community and helping bring it to life.
