Pregnancy & Baby Loss

An often upspoken reality of pregnancy yoga

 

One in four will experience pregnancy/ baby loss.

Holding space for these people is an honour and a privilege.


I offer my regular students who go through the challenging experience of pregnancy/ baby loss a complimentary private session at any time that they are ready.

I have always done this.

Most people don’t take the offer up, but some do and it’s beautiful.


The session provides space for the student to nurture their postnatal body and to acknowledge the journey that the body & spirit have been through.

It is an opportunity to reconnect and find a bit of balance in the body and the mind.

These sessions are an opportunity to acknowledge and show love for the body after loss.

 

Creating this space, and facilitating this experience is something that I think we need to be more open about.
