Nap Club - Grounding Workshop

An evening of nurturing yoga in Hertford to soothe the nervous system by releasing tension in your body and calming your mind.

If you’re looking for soothing rest from the frazzle dazzle of daily life this is for you.

What to expect:

To start, you will be guided through soothing slow & gentle movement with Kirst to find space and freedom in the pelvis, hips & low spine:

  • Find relief from your back pain.

  • Reduce your hip discomfort.

  • Stretch your legs to grow a bit taller.

  • Find space in your lower back and waist.

  • Feel lighter and brighter when you float away.

You’ll then be led by Kasia through beautiful kundalini breathwork for grounding of the root chakra:

  • Work with sacred mudra, hand gestures, to open the energy flow in the body.

  • Embrace mantra to release mental blockages.

  • Be guided through Ayurvedic visualisations to release emotional blockages.

What to bring:

  • A warm & cosy blanket

  • Two bed pillows.

  • You might like to bring a pen & notebook in case something pops into your head that you need to get out so you can release and be guided into a soothing calm space.
