What are they?

A 60 - 90min private yoga class tailored to you. Focusing on your personal goals and helping you dive deeper into your practise.

Anyone can be suitable for a private class - pregnancy, postnatal, or flow yoga.

Your goals are the priority and a personalised program is created just for you.

The session is held at a time that suits you at your home or another agreed location.

Zoom sessions are available worldwide.

Pregnancy Sessions

It could be to support you with:

  • building or maintaining strength

  • stretching your compressed growing body

  • breathwork to improve comfort through pregnancy and labour

  • managing prenatal anxiety or concerns

  • Pelvic girdle pain adaptions

  • almost anything else you need

Postnatal Sessions

It could be to support you with:

  • re-building strength

  • stretching out your body from being contorted into strange positions while feeding & holding your baby

  • recovery from a belly birth/ c-section

  • reconnecting abdominal gapping aka “separation” aka diastasis recti

  • almost anything else you need
